【摘要】:StandardpracticesformeasuringtheeconomicperformanceofinvestmentsinbuildingsandbuildingsystemshavebeenpublishedbyASTM.Acomputerprogramthatproduceseconomicmeasuresconsistentwiththesepracticesisavailable.DiscountFactorTableshasbeenpublishedbyASTMtofacilitatecomputingmeasuresofperformanceformostofthepractices.Thisguidecanbeusedto:(1)identifytypesofbuildingdesignandsystemdecisionsthatrequireeconomicanalysis;(2)matchthetechnicallyappropriateeconomicmethodswiththedecisions;and(3)locatethemethodsintheASTMpracticesandadjunctslistedinSection2.Morethanonemethodcanbetechnicallyappropriateformanybuildingdecisions.Thereforethechoiceinpracticeofwhichtechnicallyappropriateeconomicmethodtouseforevaluatingaparticularbuildingdecisionwilloftendependontheperspectiveoftheuser.Someexamplesoffactorsthatinfluencetheuserare:(1)easeofapplyingthemethods,(2)leveloffamiliarityoftheuserwiththemethods,(3)preferenceoftheuserfordifferentmethods,and(4)presenceofbudgetlimitationsfortheprojects.Thisguideidentifiessomefeaturesandlimitationsofthemethodsthatmightinfluenceusers''choicesundervaryingconditions.1.1ThisguideidentifiestypesofbuildingdesignandbuildingsystemdecisionsthatrequireeconomicanalysisandrecommendsASTMpractices,adjuncts,andcomputerprogramsthatmaybeusedtoimplementtheappropriateeconomicmethodsforeachdecisiontype.
