【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofhand-heldblendersandwhisksusedinthecommercialandinstitutionalcatering,andinfoodshops.Theterm"hand-heldblenders"isusedtorefertotheequipmentcoveredbythisstandard.Themachinescoveredbythisstandardarehand-heldapplianceswhosetoolisintendedtoprocessafoodstuffinacontainer.Toolsaredesignedtocrush,mix,mash,emulsify,etc.foodstuffssuchasvegetablesintosoups,mashes,purees,sauces,mayonnaise,cream,dairyproductsandmoregenerallytoprocessallsolid,liquid,pastyorpowderyfoodstuffstoobtainahomogeneousfluid.Theseappliancesaredesignedtoprocessupto100loffoodinoneoperation.Thisstandardappliestothefollowingmachines,accordingtotheirweightandtotheoperatingmodesrequiredbytheirintendeduse:—manuallyoperatedmachines,usingoneorbothhands,actuatedthroughoutthewholeoperation(seefigure1);—machinesoperatingrestingonthebottomofthecontainer(seefigure2);—machinesfixedtoorplacedonaspecialsupportwhichcanbefittedtothecontainer(seefigure3).Thesupportactsasasubstitutefortheoperatorforoperationsthattakealongtimeorforfoodprocessingwhichmaypresentrisksofburns(steamorsplashes).Itapplieswhensuchmachinesareoperatedundertheintendedconditionsofuseasdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991andstatedintheinstructionhandbook(see7.1),includingcleaning,removalofjammedfood,feedingandchangingthecuttingdevice.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:—domesticmachines;—verticalcrushers,sievesmountedontrolleysandbeammixers(beammixersarecoveredbyprEN12854:1997).3Thisstandardcoverssignificanthazardsatsuchmachines,asidentifiedbyriskassessment(seeEN1050:1996),whicharelistedinclause4ofthisstandard.InadditionmachineryshallcomplyasappropriatewhichEN292andprEN1672-1:1994forhazardswhicharenotcoveredbythisstandard.4Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforhand-heldblendersandwhisks.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthesemachinesisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisproposedinAnnexA.Vibrationsarenotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardforthesemachinesandnotestmethodisgiven.5Thisstandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafteritsdateofissue.
