【摘要】:ThisPart3ofthestandardspecifiestherequirementsfortheoverallfunctionalityandengineeringservicestoachievebuildingautomationandcontrolsystems.Itdefinesterms,whichshallbeusedforspecificationsanditgivesguidelinesforthefunctionaldocumentationofproject/applicationspecificsystems.Itprovidesasampletemplatefordocumentationofplant/applicationspecificfunctions,calledBACSpointslistinannexA.Theinformativefunctionblockexamplesexplainamethodtodisplaythereferencedfunctionsinsystemdocumentation;theydonotstandardizethemethodforprogrammingfunctionsandapplications.Thispartofthestandardcoversthefollowing:RequirementsanddefinitionsregardingBACSandapplicationsoftware,genericfunctionsforplant/projectspecificapplicationsandengineeringfunctionsforbuildingcontrolsandoperations.Itprovidescommunicationfunctionsfortheintegrationofotherdedicatedspecialsystemprocesses.Thefunctionalrequirementsinthispartofthestandardaresubdividedasfollows:~t--Systemmanagementandapplicationsoftware:describestherequirementsforplantindependentsystemsandhumansysteminterfaceprogramsrelatedtoaproject,includingtheoperatingsystem.Thisstandarddoesnotdedicatethefollowingsystemfunctionalitytoanyparticularhardware,e.g.:--systemdiagnostics,watchdog,redundancy,timekeeping,accesscontrol,loglists;--pointidentification,eventmessagehandling,printcontrol;--database,statistics,dataarchiving,remoteaccess;--systemcommunications.--Humansysteminterface(HSI),pointinformationpresentation,graphics,alarms,timescheduling.--Engineeringprocessandtoolsoftware:describestherequirementsforconfiguringofthehardwareandcontrolstrategies,thesystemmanagementandthecommissioningprocess.~--BACSapplicationprocessingprogramsandplant/applicationspecificfunctions:describestherequirementsforplant,applicationand/orprojectspecificfunctionsandamethodforthedocumentationofaproject.Thefunctionsaresubdividedintothefollowingtypes:--inputandoutputfunctions,physicalandshared;--processingfunctions(e.g.formonitoring,interlocks,controlandoptimization);--managementfunctions(systemprograms),andrequiredcommunications;--operatorfunctions.ThisPart3definesamethodforspecifyingtheprocurementspecificationscontainingallessentialelementsrequiredfortheoperationalfunctioningofaBACS.ThesuccessfulinstallationandoperationofaBACSrequiresthatitsprocurementbebasedonacompleteandaccuratefunctionalspecification.Thestandardprovidesatemplatecalledthe'BACSpointslist'thatcanbefoundinannexA(normative).Itspurposeistodetermineanddocumenttheoptionsforplant/applicationspecificfunctionalitybasedontheplant/controlschematic.Furtherexplanationscanbegiveninformofplant/controldescriptionsandcontrolflowchartdiagrams.ExamplesaregiveninannexB(informative).Theexactspecificationswillbeproject-specific.Informationaboutthestandardizedfunctionsisgivenintheformofinformativeexamplesasfunction-blocks,textual,andgraphicaldescriptionsin5.5.Itisrecognized,thatfunctionscanbedescribedandimplementedinmanydifferentways,dependingon:--climaticdifferences:--culturalandregionaldifferences;--nationalregulations.
