【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscanbeusedforresearchorforqualitycontroltodeterminetheisomerratiosoftoluenediisocyanates.Theisomerratioofatoluenediisocyanaterelatestoitsreactivity.1.1Thesetestmethodsmeasuretheamountoftoluene-2,6-diisocyanate(TDI)ortoluene-2,4-diisocyanateinmixturesofthe2,4-and2,6-isomers.Twotestmethodsarerequiredtogiveaccurateresultsoverabroadrangeofisomerconcentrations.1.1.1TestMethodAApplicabletoTDIsamplescontaining5to95%2,6-isomer(95to5%2,4-isomer).1.1.2TestMethodBApplicabletoTDIsamplescontaining0to5%2,6-isomer(95to100%2,4-isomer).ThesetestmethodsareequivalenttoISO15064.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ForspecificwarningandprecautionarystatementsseeNote3.
