【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodofmeasuring-thetimerequiredforthetemperatureofasolutionofunsaturated-polyesterresinandacatalyst,heatedinathermostaticallycontrolledbathat130℃,torise·from80℃to140℃,·from80℃tothemaximumtemperaturereached;-themaximumtemperaturereached;-thespeedofthereaction,determinedbydrawingatangentatthepointofinflectionofthetemperature/timecurve.Itappliesinparticulartounsaturated-polyesterresinsprocessedatatemperaturehigherthan100℃.NOTE-Theresultsarecloselylinkedtotheconditions.TheaimofthisInternationalStandardistodefinethemasexactlyaspossible,particularlythefollowing:a)Thequantityandformoftheresinsamplebeingexamined(testtubediameter,heightofresininthetube).b)Therateatwhichthesampleisheatedinthebath.Forexample,theuseofaliquidhavingarelativelylowheatcapacity(ethyleneglycol,siliconeoil)leadstoslowerheating.c)Thetypeofthermometerused.Thermometershavingaresponseslowerthanthatofathermocouple,andresistanceprobeshavingtoolargeaheat-sensitiveelement,areunsuitable.d)Thepositionoftheheat-sensitiveelementintheresin,bothheightwiseandrelativetotheaxisofthetesttubecontainingtheresin.e)Thenatureofthecatalyst.
